Corporate experiences

Our corporate classes are beginner friendly and will get your blood flowing and raise your energy levels. People feel good when they move their bodies, but they feel great when they are part of a bigger cause. Yoga’s been known for increasing productivity and creativity in the workplace while reducing stress but the act of giving and being part of a larger whole with a mission, allows a different type of growth and expansion to take place bringing team members closer as they strive to help the world together, strengthening your corporate culture. Which is where we come in.

We weave in ancient practices for modern times and add a dash of gratitude with a large emphasis on giving back.

Corporate class description for employees:
Meditation and yoga are a practices that teach us how to become deeply present. It helps us leave behind all social expectations, negative thoughts and feelings and empowers us to reconnect with ourselves. Join us for a virtual or outdoor live class as we guide you through this inner journey and help release all the tension and tightness that has accumulated in the body and mind due to our sedentary lifestyle. No experience or equipment is necessary but we do ask that you find a comfortable space in the office or at home where you can disconnect for this experience. This is a time for you so we encourage you light a candle, invite your dog (they’ll join anyways), or bring your favorite house plant to join the fun. If it’s loud where you are we encourage you to put on some headphones.

  • Blanket or Block to sit on (optional)
